A.D.A.M. Nervous System برنامج طبي







Nervous System (The Neuron: The Action Potential) is a multimedia tutorial that introduces students to the neuron and guides them through the process of generating an action potential.
Each lesson begins with an anatomy review followed by animations that show physiological processes on the cell and molecular level. The animations relate physiological functions with graphical representations and can be paused, stepped through, or repeated to make it easier to comprehend processes that change over time. The CD-ROM also contains self quizzes that test mastery and ask students to make predictions, alter variables, and measure responses. Additional features include an on screen glossary, links to review material and textbook correlations, a book marking function, and a Virtual Professor that reinforces key topics
