| there are different DICOM program ranging from simple DICOM veiwer to the High demanding post processing and 3D animation platform , there also additional DICOm viewer that associate with MATLAB (for example ) , I think you need it for simple radiograph viewing or anything else
1- First program is OSIRIS and it is free
2- MRIcrow for viewing MRI Images
3- Philips DICOM Viewer System (not free) included within the DCR workstatio in the radiology department
4- dicombveiwer which is also free on internet
just googlizied the word ( DICOM Viewer) and you will get it.
