| كتب هندسية للجميع Structural Mechanics of Buried Pipes ![]() Reynold King Watkins, «Structural Mechanics of Buried Pipes» CRC-Press | ISBN 0849323959 | December 1999 | 464 Pages | 10,5 Mb Buried pipes are a highly efficient method of transport. In fact, only open channels are less costly to construct. However, the structural mechanics of buried pipes can be complicated, and imprecisions in the properties of the soil envelope are usually too great to justify lengthy, complicated analyses. Designers and engineers need principles and methods that simplify analysis and maximize their knowledge of the pipe's performance and performance limits.Structural Mechanics of Buried Pipes minimizes complicated theories, breaks through the imprecisions in the properties of soil, and presents principles that simplify analysis and lead to designs of higher performance and safety. With knowledge built on experience, experimentation, and sound principles, the authors guide readers through the design and analysis processes. They use examples based on actual buried structures and analyze a variety of pipe-soil interaction problems. Sound principles, plentiful examples, and a straightforward presentation provide an outstanding framework for hands-on application and an ideal self-study guide. _________________________ http://rapidshare.de/files/24344260/...rPip.part1.rar http://rapidshare.de/files/24344286/...rPip.part2.rar او: http://www.oxyshare.com/get/19429268...part1.rar.html http://www.oxyshare.com/get/18741728...part2.rar.html |

![]() Author: James F. Doyle Publisher: John Wiley & Sons URL: /http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/redirect?tag=songstech-20&path=ASIN%2F0470861568 Summary: All structures suffer from stresses and strains caused by factors such as wind loading and vibrations. Stress analysis and measurement is an integral part of the design and management of structures, and is used in a wide range of engineering areas. There are two main types of stress analyses – the first is conceptual where the structure does not yet exist and the analyst has more freedom to define geometry, materials, loads etc – generally such analysis is undertaken using numerical methods such as the finite element method. The second is where the structure (or a prototype) exists, and so some parameters are known. Others though, such as wind loading or environmental conditions will not be completely known and yet may profoundly affect the structure. These problems are generally handled by an ad hoc combination of experimental and analytical methods. This book therefore tackles one of the most common challenges facing engineers – how to solve a stress analysis problem when all of the required information is not available. Its central concern is to establish formal methods for including measurements as part of the complete analysis of such problems by presenting a new approach to the processing of experimental data and thus to experimentation itself. In addition, engineers using finite element methods will be able to extend the range of problems they can solve (and thereby the range of applications they can address) using the methods developed here. Modern Experimental Stress Analysis: [list] [*]Presents a comprehensive and modern reformulation of the approach to processing experimental data [*]Offers a large collection of problems ranging from static to dynamic, linear to non-linear [*]Covers stress analysis with the finite element method [*]Includes a wealth of documented experimental examples [*]Provides new ideas for researchers in computational mechanics http://rapidshare.de/files/28123228/Modern_Experimental_Stress_Analysis.rar.html |

![]() Mechanics of Microelectromechanical Systems Summary This book offers a comprehensive coverage to the mechanics of microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), which are analyzed from a mechanical engineer's viewpoint as devices that transform an input form of energy into output mechanical motion (in the case of actuation) or that can operate with the reversed functionality (as in sensors) and convert an external stimulus, such as mechanical motion, into (generally) electric energy. The impetus of this proposal stems from the perception that such an approach might contribute to a more solid understanding of the principles governing the mechanics of MEMS, and would hopefully enhance the efficiency of modeling and designing reliable and desirably-optimized microsystems. The work represents an attempt at both extending and deepening the mechanical-based approach to MEMS in the static domain by providing simple, yet reliable tools that are applicable to micromechanism design through current fabrication technologies size: 10.89 MB Fast non-rapidshare mirror http://mihd.net/1.856/NLobontiu.rar.html or http://rapidshare.de/files/32000788/NLobontiu.rar.html or http://www.oxyshare.com/get/68746061444fcfa17edd0c5.82379993/NLobontiu.rar.html |

![]() Nestor Perez, «Fracture Mechanics» Springer | ISBN 1402077459 | 2004 Year | PDF | 9,64 Mb | 376 Pages Fracture Mechanics is a graduate level text/professional reference that describes the analytical methods used to derive stress and strain functions related to fracture mechanics. The focus of the book will be on modeling and problem solving as tools to be used in interpreting the meaning of a mathematical solution for a particular engineering problem or situation. Once this is accomplished, the reader should be able to think mathematically, foresee metallurgically the significance of microstructural parameters on properties, analyze the mechanical behavior of materials, and recognize realistically how dangerous a crack is in a stressed structure, which may fail catastrophically. This book differs from others in that the subject matter is organized around the modeling and predicating approaches that are used to explain the detrimental effects of crack growth events. Thus, this book will take a more practical approach and make it especially useful as a basic reference for professional engineers http://mihd.net/7.1448/NPerez.rar.html أو http://www.oxyshare.com/get/21187728744fcfeb6a75689.39480924/NPerez.rar.html أو http://rapidshare.de/files/32002264/NPerez.rar.html |

![]() Mechanics of Materials 2, Third Edition The Mechanics of Elastic and Plastic Deformation of Solids and Structural Materials Author: E J Hearn Publication Date: 1997-12-09 Number Of Pages: 512 One of the most important subjects for any student of engineering or materials to master is the behaviour of materials and structures under load. The way in which they react to applied forces, the deflections resulting and the stresses and strains set up in the bodies concerned are all vital considerations when designing a mechanical component such that it will not fail under predicted load during its service lifetime. Building upon the fundamentals established in the introductory volume Mechanics of Materials 1, this book extends the scope of material covered into more complex areas such as unsymmetrical bending, loading and deflection of struts, rings, discs, cylinders plates, diaphragms and thin walled sections. There is a new treatment of the Finite Element Method of analysis, and more advanced topics such as contact and residual stresses, stress concentrations, fatigue, creep and fracture are also covered. Each chapter contains a summary of the essential formulae which are developed in the chapter, and a large number of worked examples which progress in level of difficulty as the principles are enlarged upon. In addition, each chapter concludes with an extensive selection of problems for solution by the student, mostly examination questions from professional and academic bodies, which are graded according to difficulty and furnished with answers at the end size: 21.12 MB Fast non-rapidshare mirror Password: ebooksclub.org http://mihd.net/7.2008/0750632666.rar.html أو http://rapidshare.de/files/13806588/0750632666.rar.html Password: ebooksclub.org |

![]() http://rapidshare.de/files/13531226/Hydrodynamics_of_Pumps_muyac.rar.html أو http://caltechbook.library.caltech.edu/22/03/pumbook.pdf Abstract The subject of this monograph is the fluid dynamics of liquid turbomachines, particularly pumps. Rather than attempt a general treatise on turbomachines, we shall focus attention on those special problems and design issues associated with the flow of liquid through a rotating machine. There are two characteristics of a liquid that lead to these special problems, and cause a significantly different set of concerns than would occur in, say, a gas turbine. These are the potential for cavitation and the high density of liquids that enhances the possibility of damaging unsteady flows and forces |
